It's Not Fair!
It's Not Fair!
We got to have our granddaughters 🦩🐈⬛ overnight last week.
After running a few fun errands and stopping at some playgrounds, we got home to have dinner.
When it came to making pizza one of them started to cry. "It's not fair!"
You see, for her, having bread products doesn't always sit well, and it wasn't fair that her sister doesn't have that problem and can eat whatever she wants.
Well, I asked her what the problem looked like.
This is what she drew. There were people yelling.
Pretty uncomfortable right?
So then I asked her what she would like it to look like. How it would look if it felt good?
And this is what she drew. It was like calmness to her. This time the good people kicked out the bad people.
Is something bothering you?
Draw it out. It doesn't have to be a masterpiece, you're the only one that's going to see it. You know what it means.
Then change it. How would you like it to look? What does that mean to you?
Go ahead and put people with talk balloons on it if you want.
It's yours. You can do whatever you like. 😊
Then notice what changes.
I'd love to hear about your changes.
