Sometimes you just don't want to answer someone...and that's OK. Often times people are just talking and there really isn't a question or a response required. You can give yourself a break from chatter.
Use drawing to change your mind (and your brain.) When we picture what we want, and draw it out (it doesn't have to be a great drawing) our brains know what to go for.
